simulationBudget Trackercampaign pacing across four ad platforms with alerts and an approval queue
Budget Tracker
Ten campaigns across four ad platforms, paced against their budgets every day. When a line runs hot or cold the rules raise it, propose a move, and wait: no budget moves without a person. Every figure here is invented.

One decision
The tracker proposes and a person disposes. It can pause nothing and move nothing on its own; it writes the proposal into a queue with the amount and the reason, and the planner on the account approves or rejects it.
What broke
The first version raised an over-pacing alert on day one of every flight, because one big day looks like 300% of a daily budget. The rule now measures against the month, with a three-day window before anything is raised.
