For you
For media agencies
I replace spreadsheet ops with agent workflows your team will actually use.
Trafficking, proofing, taxonomy, budget pacing — the unglamorous work that burns hours.
- I sat in your planners’ seat for a year, then automated the parts I hated. The team I did it for still uses them.
- Ops: a clear owner for every decision, and tickets that can’t be submitted half-filled.
- Audits: beta Google Ads analysis combining deterministic checks, model-assisted findings and review methodology.
- Proofing: page findings tied to reference inputs, with durable jobs and explicit partial results for review.
The pilot
Two-week workflow audit · $1,500 flat
- Week 1: I shadow two planners and your traffic or proofing lead for about four hours total, and map the one workflow that burns the most hours.
- Week 2: I build one working automation for that workflow and run it beside your current process, not instead of it.
- You get: the workflow map with time measured before and after, the working automation, and a plain-English recommendation to keep, extend or stop.
- You provide: four hours of planner time, one sample of the workflow’s inputs (redacted is fine), and a point person.
- Data: I work in your accounts or on redacted exports; nothing leaves your systems without written sign-off; no client names in anything I publish; NDA before day one.
- After: the automation is yours. Anything more is scoped separately. No retainer; tool or API costs beyond $1,500 are listed up front.
